Hello! My name is Barbie Nibur. I am an avid outdoors person, and passionate about creating access and opportunity for more underrepresented identities and communities in the world of outdoor recreation. I run a summer youth program called BOLD & GOLD, which is an an outdoor leadership development course that aims to develop social and emotional leadership skills like courage and confidence in young people. We run both backpacking and canoe touring trips in the Northeast.
